Presented over two floors, Villa La Sousta is beautifully situated with landscaped garden and views across to St Paul de Vence.  The villa has three delightful and bright double bedrooms.  The master bedroom is en-suite on the upper floor, the two lower level bedrooms share a luxurious and modern full bathroom and separate cloakroom.  There is also a pretty fourth bedroom set up with full-sized bunk beds.

The upper floor is the perfect place to entertain but also to enjoy those fantastic views across the village to historic St Paul.  The living room is luxuriously appointed with very comfortable sofas and chairs, a Bang & Olufsen home entertainment system with wall-mounted LCD TV.  The kitchen is very well set up with all modern amenities.  We are also delighted to be able to provide a professional chef on request.

The garden provides many aspects to soak up the atmosphere and, most of all, sunshine, with a summer kitchen conveniently located near the pool for breakfast preparation and cocktails at sunset.  There is also a large dining table and barbecue for al fresco suppers.
